Rapper Desiigner will plead guilty to indecent exposure charges stemming from his aviation jerk-off session.
The “Panda” star will enter his plea on Friday, hopefully ending his months-long legal battle that began in April. Per TMZ, Authorities say he was on an international Delta flight from Tokyo to Minneapolis when he began exposing himself to flight attendants in first class. He was asked numerous times to stop but instead began playing with himself. At some point during the disgusting act, he dropped a jar of lubricant in the aisle. He was moved to the plane’s rear, where two acquaintances kept guard over him until the flight landed.
Desiigner claims since the occurrence, he has regularly attended his court-ordered therapy sessions and has undergone drug testing, which always came back negative for narcotics. He also attributed his actions to mounting mental health issues. In a statement, he shared that he would be voluntarily seeking treatment. His guilty plea appears to be part of a deal that will give him two years of probation and community service. Additionally, he’ll have to pay a $5,000 fine and apologize again to the flight attendants who were forced to deal with his antics. He initially faced up to 90 days in jail.
This is not the musician’s first time being in trouble with an airline. In 2018, he was banned from Scandinavian Airlines. While he accuses them of racial profiling, the company suggested there may have been “threatening” behavior on board, though they didn’t elaborate.
