Remember last year in May, when Ray J was arrested at the Beverly Wilshire Hotel’s bar. Hotel management asked Ray J to leave, in which he refused so cops cuffed him and took him into custody (Click here to recall).
Well according to TMZ, The Los Angeles County D.A. has decided to throw the book at Ray J charging him Monday, with 4 crimes in connection with his drunken antics. The D.A. has also added the charge of sexual battery even though cops say no such crime was committed.
Police had stated that at the time it was Not sexual battery because the contact was “incidental”, not intentional.
Along with the sexual battery charge, Ray J was charged with resisting arrest, assault & battery, and vandalism.
Well I wonder what Ray J did to this D.A. cause they are gunning for him. Hopefully, he’s learned his lesson and realizes how one night can cause you so much hassle.
