R&B singer Ann Marie is no longer behind bars after allegedly shooting one of her longtime friends. She may be free, but the judge has imposed restrictions on the singer while awaiting trial.
TMZÂ reports that Ann Marie posted a $60,000 bond and was placed on house arrest by the judge. She is only able to travel for work with approval.
On top of being on house arrest, Ann Marie has to notify the court 24-hours in advance of any appointments and must provide proof of the appointment. Additionally, she is required to wear an ankle monitor. She is not allowed to possess a firearm.
The judge also ordered to stay from her shooting victim, Jonathon Wright, or any of his family members and close associates. If she runs into him, she must stay 200 yards away and leave the area.
Ann Marie was arrested earlier this month after an accidental shooting at a hotel in Buckhead, Georgia. She was charged with assault with a deadly weapon and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony.
