Bravo announced its newest installment in the “Real Housewives” franchise, “The Real Housewives of Dubai.”
We’ve got some new ladies on the block, and they’re located in the United Arab Emirates. On Monday, the Bravo network announced it has greenlit “The Real Housewives of Dubai,” which will premiere as the 11th city in the series’ history. Like Potomac, Jersey, Atlanta and our other faves, the ladies of Dubai will share their personal affairs, wealthy lifestyles and more in the upcoming reality show.
“With the desert paradise of Dubai as the backdrop, this billionaire’s playground is known for its over-the-top opulence, jaw-dropping modern architecture and wild nightlife scene. Whether they’re coasting on a private plane, running their own empires or hosting on a private island, these glamorous, successful women are ready to serve up scorching hot drama and unexpected twists,” states a press release for the series, Entertainment Tonight reports.
Not only is this the newest installment to the franchise, but this is also the first “Real Housewives” show to be taped outside of the United States.
“Everything’s bigger in Dubai, and I couldn’t be more excited to launch Bravo’s first international Housewives series in a city I’ve been fascinated by for years, with an outstanding group of friends as our guides,” says Cohen. He added: “This is going to blow the lid off the entire franchise.”
