‘Mob Wives’ star Renee Graziano is speaking out following her recent arrest saying she’s “grateful to be alive.”
Renee was arrested on a DUI charge on Tuesday night after she hit an unoccupied SUV in Staten Island. After Renee was released on Wednesday, she took to Instagram to share her side of the story.
The reality star confirms she was in an accident but clarifies that “no drugs or alcohol were involved.” Graziano continued by saying despite the reports, she “did not get a DUI/DWI” charge.
According to Page Six, sources say Renee notified authorities that she had taken Adderall earlier that day.
A spokesperson for the NYPD said, “when they went to speak to the driver of the vehicle, she displayed physical characteristics consistent with being under the influence.”
Renee claims that she did not receive a ticket nor did she see a judge. She then ends her caption urging fans to drive safe and sends a warning about black ice.
Renee has previously suffered from substance abuse in the past and was checked into a treatment facility back in 2017.
