Reports Say Chris Brown Had To Submit To Drug Test Before Taking Royalty Home

On Friday, Chris Brown and his baby mama Nia Guzman battled out in court in which Chris scored a major victory. Not only did he receive joint custody of their daughter, Royalty, the judge also approved his child support payments of $2,500 a month. 

TMZ originally reported that Brown didn’t even make it to court, though that was quickly shut down when the pop star posted a photo of he and his lawyers to Instagram. Now it is being reported that a few other things happened in court last week. Sources close to Nia tell TMZ that the judge ordered Chris to an on-the-spot drug test on Friday before he took Royalty home. What they were testing for and what would happen if he tested positive has not been released to the public — yet. 

Also it is being reported that there are stipulations to Chris’ custody agreement. According to TMZ, Chris’ mother must be present when he has physical custody of Royalty. This could prove to be difficult considering Chris gets Royalty every four days and his mother lives in Virginia primarily. Then again, I’m not sure how factual this is considering earlier reports said Nia was gunning for supervised visits and there was no mention of the judge ruling in her favor. I’m certain the real details will come out in this case. Either way, I’m pretty sure Chris is happy with the judge’s decision.
