Cynthia Bailey is on a press tour, telling anyone who is willing to listen, that her marriage is on the rocks. New storyline, maybe? Who knows, but what we do know is that the plot continues to thicken.
Cynthia stopped to chat with Entertainment Tonight where she revealed that the reality show life has put a strain on her marriage.
“[The relationship] just felt like so much work, like from the beginning,” Cynthia tells ET Online. “Even the wedding, everything was work … it’s exhausting. It’s exhausting in real life, and it’s definitely exhausting to watch it play out on TV.”
Cynthia admits that she and Peter have not undergone counseling.
“We’re barely in the same house together, so counseling would be really tough to squeeze in,” she says. “It’s something that he recently brought up … I think Peter is a lot more optimistic than I am.”
Then Cynthia reveals that she’s considering increasing the distance between she and Peter by moving to Los Angeles with her daughter.
“You know, I am the woman that will leave New York City and relocate with her child and nanny to Atlanta for love,” Cynthia says. “So, with that said, I think I get to be that same girl who can say, ‘You know, I think it’s time for me to pack up my tent — my love tent — and move somewhere else now.'”
She adds, “I always thought that I would end up back in New York but, I’m kind of feeling L.A. … I love acting. Hopefully I move out to L.A., and there will be more acting opportunities.”
