Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kim Zolciak and Atlanta Falcon Kroy Biermann have recently welcomed two new additions to her growing family. The fraternal twins, a boy named Kane and a baby girl named Kaia join brothers Kroy Jr., 2, and Kash Kade, 15 months as well as big sisters Brielle, 16, and Ariana, 11. Kim has been pushing those babies out, hasn’t she?
