RHOP’s Candiace Dillard Responds To RHOA Vet Porsha Williams Defending Monique Samuels After The Fight

The drama continues to spill over after ‘Real Housewives of Potomac” stars Monique Samuels and Candiace Dillard came to blows on the recent season.

Now, Dillard is at odds with “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star Porsha Williams because she believes Williams lied in defense of her friend Samuels.

During an interview with Page Six, Dillard opened about her recent appearance on Behind the Velvet Rope with David Yontef. She addressed what Williams had previously stated on Potomac wives’ drama.

“I don’t know Porsha, I’ve never met her; I know her through the television like everyone else,” Dillard told Page Six.” I never had an issue before being sent a clip of her on “Chat Room” with my castmate Gizelle, lying and spreading false information — damning, defaming information — about me and alleging I was trying to sue Monique to secure a down payment on my home.”

On several episodes of Bravo’s “Chat Room,” Williams has defended her friend Monique. Earlier this month, she told co-hosts that Dillard was suing Samuels after the fight for financial purposes.

“[Monique] felt like, the whole reason Candiace was suing her was to pay for her mom’s house,” Williams said. “She was suing because it was a money grab.”

Dillard’s co-star Gizelle Bryant quickly dismissed her claims, stating Monique never said that during the reunion or on the show.

Williams then responded: “This was said to me personally out of Monique’s mouth.”

After learning of this information, Dillard stated:

“Yes, I responded in an interview because it’s one thing for you to defend your friend, it’s one thing to talk general smack about me in defense of your friend, but when you flat out lie, yes, I’m going to address it.”

“She should be careful about the lies that she tells. It’s a very dangerous move,” Dillard added.
