Rich Dollaz Speaks Out On Child Support Arrest

Richie Dollaz speaks to TheJasmineBrand.com exclusively to clear the air on his recent child support arrest outside of a NJ area Five Guys. He tells the site that the reason he missed his payments was all due to a mix-up.

“I’m not going to pay child support on two different cases,” says Dollaz, “If the lawyers where I live tell me that they’re moving the child support from New Jersey, where I used to live. To Atlanta where I now live, I’m thinking it’s done. I’m not aware that there’s an open case in New Jersey and an open one in Atlanta.”

But the fact remains he still hasn’t paid, thus still owing $11,000. On another note, Rich lives in Atlanta now? According to a few little birdies, he’s been filming Love and Hip Hop in New York over the last few weeks. That said, another reality couple reportedly got the boot from Love & Hip Hop Atlanta recently. Do you think Rich may be making a move within the franchise like K. Michelle did? I would have asked Mona to help Rich pay his child support like she’s been helping Stevie J but according to Rich, he doesn’t need the assistance. “I always had money, my parents had money, it’s not something new…I don’t run around bragging about money, that’s not what I do.”

Overall, Rich does take full responsibility though. He tells The Jasmine Brand, “It was a mix up. It was my responsibility to make sure everything was right, I didn’t make sure everything was right but now I’m suffering the consequences.”
