The current paternity and child support battle between rapper Rick Ross and his ex Briana Camille is seemingly getting worse, as the two have continued to go back-and-forth with each other in recent weeks.
In court documents obtained by Bossip, rapper Rick Ross has accused his former girlfriend, Briana Camille, of dragging out their current paternity case out, keeping their two kids together away from him, and refusing to return his company car.
We previously reported that after DNA results revealed that Rick Ross is the father of their two children together, Camille asked for immediate temporary child support for both children. She claimed that Ross kicked them out of his home in 2019, has not contributed financially for their kids, and has not paid child support since February 2020.
Now Ross has responded with a countersuit. The 44-year-old Miami native countersued his pregnant baby mama late last week for joint legal custody of their kids, Berkeley, 3, and Billion, 2. He noted that although he has begun paying child support, Camille refuses to allow him to see his children and has “engaged in erratic behaviors.”
In court documents, The Maybach CEO wrote:
“Defendant asserts that he will not be able to exercise parenting time with the minor children without the intervention of the court to ensure that parenting time is granted.”⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
The rapper said that Camille has prolonged their case by, in the beginning, refusing to do a DNA test when Rick Ross offered to pay for in earlier this year (Feb). The rapper said that instead, Camille filed a motion to force him to take the test. As a result, the lawyer’s fees increased, Rick Ross mentioned.
Ross also alleged that Camille currently has his company car, a Mercedes GL SUV, which she has yet to return, despite his pleas.
