The long-standing tension between Rick Ross and 50 Cent has reignited after a series of Instagram posts stirred the pot. It all started when Rick Ross posted a photo with Black Mafia Family (BMF) leader Demetrius “Big Meech” Flenory on his Instagram last week, showing support for the man whose life story inspired the hit series BMF.

However, 50 Cent, who serves as the executive producer of BMF, wasn’t here for the gesture. He fired back by posting a cryptic post of an image of a rat with the words “Big Meech” on his Instagram, seemingly implying that Meech had cooperated with authorities—a serious accusation in street culture.
Not one to let the shade slide, Rick Ross took to Instagram with a response, calling out 50 Cent directly. In his video, Ross didn’t hold back, mocking 50’s finances and reputation while reinforcing his own status as “The Biggest Boss.”
“Nigga, take a picture with Rick Ross. You like a hoe, nigga.” Ross began. He invited 50 Cent to bring his Versace Lamborghini to Ross’s upcoming car show on June 7th, throwing in a jab about 50’s rumored financial troubles. “I know you got a Toyota Tundra. I know it. I can see it in your face.”
Ross didn’t stop there, shifting the focus to the broader message of staying about business rather than personal beef. “You gotta stop making business personal. Get your money. You don’t know these niggas, these niggas don’t know you.” But as much as Ross preached keeping it professional, he couldn’t resist reminding 50 of his track record. “I’ve been putting my foot up you niggas’ asses for the last 15 years. Everything you niggas touch crumble. Why you think Rose on top?”
The Port of Miami rapper made it clear that he’s focused on his growing empire, teasing an upcoming concert featuring Big Meech on February 13th and boasting about the success of his car show. “Car show bigger than ever. Ricky Rozay, the biggest nigga. Biggest boss.”
As for the tension with 50 Cent, Ross didn’t seem too pressed, ending his rant with a flex on his financial goals. “You looking at a young hustler on pace to get a B.”
The feud between Rick Ross and 50 Cent is nothing new, with both rappers exchanging blows over the years, from diss tracks to social media jabs. But with BMF continuing to dominate TV screens and both artists expanding their business empires, it seems neither is backing down anytime soon.
Fans will be watching closely at 50 Cent response.
