Rick Ross is adding another impressive home to his real estate portfolio. The Florida rapper scooped up former NBA hoopster Amar’e Stoudemire’s estate for $3.5 million in all cash.
The house is located west of Fort Lauderdale in Southwest Ranches, Florida, People reports. The all-cash deal marks the fastest closing in the history of the Landmark Ranch Estates section.
The 7,361 square foot home has six bedrooms, five and a half bathrooms, and sits on a little more than 2.3 acres of land. The house feature’s a hidden movie theater, two officers, a yoga room, and an indoor bar area complete with a pool table. The home also has an impressive nine-car garage.
Aside from the main house, the property also has a guest house with two bedrooms and one bathroom. The guest house is 1,314 square feet in size and has a kitchen and living room area.
There is a resort-style pool and waterfall on the grounds, surrounded by a deck and a summer kitchen with a grill. Perfect for entertaining.
Ross also owns a 45,000 estate on 235 acres in Fayetteville, Georgia, which recently was featured in Eddie Murphy’s Coming 2 America. The home was the set of Prince Akeem Joffer’s palace, set in the fictional Zamunda.
