Rick Ross reportedly issues a cease and desist order against Tia Kemp in the midst of the Cristina Mackey controversy.
In the past few weeks, Rick Ross has found himself embroiled in various controversies, primarily revolving around his connection with Cristina Mackey. Tia Kemp, the mother of one of Ross’ children, took to Instagram Live last week to mock Mackey’s cooking abilities.
Mackey caught wind of Kemp’s statements and encouraged critics to focus on their own lives. Kemp quickly responded, labeling Mackey as a “h*e” and issuing threats. She went on to express suspicions about Ross’ upcoming urologist appointment, disclosing that she had been investigating his home during her last visit.
“I want to know what’s going on with you? Why you going to see a urologist?” Kemp asked. “Is you getting ding dings extensions?”
It seems that Ross has reached a breaking point with the ongoing drama, reportedly issuing a warning to Kemp to step back. Kemp posted on her Instagram Story, revealing images that seem to be a cease and desist letter. The purported letter accuses her of making untrue and defamatory statements about Ross and his family. It asserts Ross’s exclusive rights to the commercial use of his name, likeness, or identity.
“He defamed me and my family for for years!” Kemp captioned one posts. “F*ck all yall! Sue ME! I’m poor! and I got texts and dms,” she added.
