Rihanna is adding to her already impressive real estate portfolio. After purchasing a $13.8 million Beverly Hills pad just three months ago, she scooped up the neighboring house for $10 million.
The house never hit the open market, but tax records obtained by The Hollywood Reporter show the first Beverly Hills property she bought is a family-sized house built in the late 1930s on a half-acre. The house has four bedrooms, 4.5 baths, and just over 3,500 square feet of living space. The home last sold in 2015 for $5.1 million.
The mansion Riri bought right next door is the former home of Mary Sheldon, daughter of I Dream of Jeannie creator Sidney Sheldon. The house was also built in the ’30s and boasts 7,600 square feet. Most of the original home was demolished and rebuilt by developer Daniel Starr. He sold the home to Rihanna in 2020.
The singer’s real estate portfolio also includes a $5.5 million penthouse in Century City’s exclusive “The Century” skyscraper, a $6.8 million Hollywood Hills villa, a flat in L.A.’s Wilshire Corridor, and another mansion in her native Barbados.
