Ronald Fenty, Rihanna’s father, was sued by his superstar daughter in January after she accused him of invasion of privacy, false advertising and falsely using her name to promote his business, Fenty Entertainment. At the time, the entertainment company promoted affiliation with the singer on its website and social media pages, although Riri had no association with the company.
Now, Ronald Fenty and his business partner, Moses Perkins, are being sued again by a client of theirs for almost the same reason. Social media star Harvey “Chef Henny” Justice is suing Fenty Entertainment for monies promised in their contract as well as damages.
According to TMZ, Justice’s lawyer Alex Spiro, sent a legal notice to the entertainment company stating that Ronald told his client on multiple occasions that he represented #Rihanna and that is the ultimate reason why Justice agreed to be represented by them, signing with FE in April 2018.
Justice claims Ronald promised him a $750,000 marketing budget as part of their agreement, but he claims he has only received $50,000. Justice allegedly asked where the remainder of the money was and was told it was “tied up with a South American investor.” His lawsuit is asking for the amount they originally agreed upon plus damages.
