RIP To Aaliyah – 10 Years Later

Today marks the 10 year anniversary of the death of the most influential people in my life, Aaliyah Dana Haughton. On August 25, 2001 Aaliyah and her friends and crew members were in the Bahamas shooting the video for Rock The Boat. They wrapped the video early and decided to head back home to the states. Unfortunately they didn’t make it. The twin engine Cessna they were flying crashed and everyone on board died. Aaliyah was loved by many and it’s hard to believe that’s already been 10 years. May she continue to rest in peace. Love you Baby Girl! You are missed.
