Robin Thicke and Paula Patton End Custody War Over 7-year-old Son

Just one day after Robin Thicke’s girlfriend announced that the couple is expecting their first child together, reports state that the months-long custody battle between Thicke and his ex-wife Paula Patton has finally come to an end.

In the legal documents obtained by TMZ, the former couple has come to an agreement on the custody arrangement for their 7-year-old son Julian. The two have agreed to allow Julian to spend the beginning of the week with his dad and the rest with his mother during the school year. As for the summer, the two will alternate custody on a “week on/week off schedule.”

“The parties are ordered to share in all major decisions concerning the minor child’s health, education and welfare including, but without limitation, schooling, religion, medical care and enrichment activities,” the docs state.
