Just days before Tyrese owned up to his public attack on Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson over his “Fast & Furious” spin-off, the wrestler-turned-actor made it clear that he’s not interested in rehashing the one-sided quarrel.
The Rock stopped by “Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen” last week to discuss his recent feats, as well as his recent beefs, to which he revealed that he hadn’t spoken to his “Fast & Furious” co-star since the public blow-up, and he had no intention to do so.
“We haven’t talked at all,” Johnson said. “That whole thing with Tyrese, it was pretty disappointing because I’ve been friends with Tyrese for a very long time. And, you know, I always feel like a beef requires two people to actually jump in it, and it was really one-sided and he had voiced his opinion a lot on social media.”
Although he acknowledged Gibson had been “going through some stuff in his personal life,” including the nasty custody battle with his ex-wife over their daughter, Shayla. But, in the end, “to me, there’s no need to have a conversation,” he said.
