Roger Goodell Says the NFL is Looking into Antonio Brown’s Locker Room Video

Earlier this week, Antonio Brown and the Pittsburgh Steelers were full of excitement after knocking the Kansas City Chiefs out of the 2017 AFC Divisional Finals. After the game, Brown took to social media to record a live feed in the locker room. However, unbeknownst to him, the feed caught the team’s coach Mike Tomlin bad mouthing their upcoming opponent, the New England Patriots.

As a result, Tomlin called Brown’s actions foolish, selfish and inconsiderate, adding that he planned to discipline his star wide receiver for violating team policy. In turn, Brown apologized for the distraction that the 17-minute video caused, as the team prepares to face the Patriots in the AFC Championship.

Although Brown meant no harm by the video, as he wanted to share with the Steelers fans the team’s excitement, it appears the NFL commissioner Roger Goodell may be considering additional punishment for number 84.

TMZ caught up with the commissioner and asked if the NFL planned on disciplining Brown, to which Goodell responded, “we’re looking into it.”

Apparently, Goodell was leaving a media event for the Los Angeles Charges, who just recently announced their move from San Diego. He took time to hang out with a few fans to sign autographs and talk football.

He asked the fans who they would like to see in the Super Bowl, fans shouted out their favorite team. However, one fan said, “Not the Patriots!” While someone added, “Cheaters!”

As the interaction continued, another fan added, “As long as the Cowboys aren’t there,” to which Goodell looked at him and giggled.
