Ronald Gasser, the man responsible for shooting former NFL running back Joe McKnight to death, has been arrested and charged.
On Monday, December 5, the Jefferson Parish Sheriff’s Department website showed that 54 year old Gasser was arrested and charged with manslaughter. A bond amount has not been given.
The shooting occurred on December 1 and Gasser was not charged with anything at the time. It’s unclear what changed between then and now. Hopefully more details on the case will be made available to the public soon.
