It appears that former NYC mayor Rudy Giuliani is also a creep, much like the men he surrounds himself with. At least, that is what one woman is alleging.
A new lawsuit filed by Noelle Dunphy, a former employee of Giuliani’s, claims that the attorney forced her to perform oral sex as he took calls from his client Donald Trump and others. In her suit filing, Dunphy says Giuliani wanted to feel like he was Bill Clinton. If you recall, Clinton engaged in a sexual relationship with former White House intern Monica Lewinsky from 1995 to 1997. She testified that the affair only included her performing oral sex on the then-President.
Dunphy was hired as Giuliani’s Director of Business Development in 2019. Upon accepting the role, she says she was offered a million-dollar salary and free legal representation. However, he told her that her promised pay had to be delayed due to his ongoing divorce. Instead, Dunphy was compensated just $12,000 over a two-year period. She now believes that she was hired for the sole purpose of having a sexual relationship with Giuliani. He reportedly admitted to Dunphy that he had “wanted” her since interviewing her for the position, which is why she was employed as an off-the-books staffer until 2021.
She first publicly accused the 78-year-old in January, admitting that performing sexual favors for Giuliani was a part of her job. During her first day, Dunphy said Giuliani kissed her in the back seat of a limo and requested racy photos. Eventually, his behavior grew more frightening, with Giuliani forcing her into intercourse, despite her refusing multiple times. The man also demanded she strip naked during work-related video calls.
Dunphy is seeking $10 million in damages from Giuliani and his businesses, including Giuliani Partners LLC, Giuliani Group LLC, and Giuliani Group LLC. He has denied all allegations.
