“Stop! Drop, Shut ‘em down, Open up shop! Oh, No! That’s How Ruff Ryders Roll!”
The biker club that associates itself with DMX’s legendary rap group, Ruff Ryders, paid tribute to the rapper by gathering outside the hospital where he’s admitted.
A massive group of bikers gathered across the street from the White Plains, New York hospital for what looked like a flash mob event on Sunday.
DMX, formally known as Earl Simmons, is being treated at the hospital following a drug overdose and heart attack.
It was unclear what the group had planned, but it’s known that they were all there in honor of X, with several wearing the “RR” brand linked to DMX’s pride and joy, the Ruff Ryders.
Ruff Ryders appears to include a broad community of members – among that is a biker group. The crowd was blasting DMX music with hopes that he and his loved ones inside would hear.
The Ruff Ryders first hit the scene back in the late ’90s, after DMX put out an anthem dedicated just to them. In the official music video, he used a lot of motorcycles and motorcycle stunts.
Prayers for X!
