Samantha Lee is taking Tyrese Gibson back to court for not paying their daughter’s court-ordered $10,690 monthly child support.
Court documents from The Blast reveal that Gibson paid less than half of the required child support amount in December 2023 and January 2024 despite the full amount being mandated.
Lee has previously taken legal action against Gibson for failing to pay child support. Once in March 2023 and again in July because he continued to neglect his financial responsibilities towards their daughter.
After a hearing in October, Gibson was directed to make timely child support payments in the future. However, he has allegedly failed to do so once more.
Lee is demanding that Gibson be held in contempt, reimburses her attorney fees and interest on the unpaid child support, according to reports.
