Imagine signing up for classes and Saweetie is one of your professors. The ‘Icy’ rapper is going back to her alma mater USC as a guest teacher.
Back in October, Saweetie surprised students when she popped up at one of her former professor’s class. The Bay Area rapper spoke briefly with the students but will now have a bigger position next semester.
Saweetie will be facilitating 2-semester long courses, Venture Feasibility and Venture Initiation, within the business school at USC. The classes will go towards students degree plans in entrepreneurial studies. Saweetie will be heavily involved with coming up with lesson plans for the courses & not just make appearances for social media.
Saweetie will also be the guest speaker for USC’s 4-week summer program for high school students. The rapper is working to teach her own class at the university however, it’s still a working progress.
