Scott Storch isn’t holding back, and on the PBD Podcast, he made that crystal clear by speaking openly and without hesitation about his personal experiences with some of the industry’s biggest names.
The producer got brutally honest, starting with Kanye West, someone he once considered a friend and creative inspiration who ultimately left him deeply disappointed.
“He used to be one of my musical heroes,” Storch admitted. “The music is still fire and that won’t change. But as a person? Somebody I looked up to? He turned out to be a fcking piece of sht.”
The pain in his voice was obvious as he addressed Kanye’s repeated antisemitic remarks and public praise of Adolf Hitler. “The way he disrespected Jewish people… it’s disgusting,” he said. “If I ever see him, I might crack him in the face. He broke my heart.”
Storch didn’t sugarcoat it. He called Kanye a “clown” and made it known that their past relationship doesn’t mean anything anymore.
The energy shifted when Diddy’s name came up. With the Bad Boy Records founder facing multiple federal charges, including racketeering and sex trafficking, Storch treaded carefully but didn’t hold back from sharing his honest impressions.
“He’s gangster for sure. He’s not soft. He’s from New York,” Storch said. Then he threw in a wild twist. “Is he gay? Bi? People keep pushing that. Is he a cuck? I don’t know. I wasn’t in the room.”
What he did offer was a moment he experienced firsthand. “At one point I felt like he tried to flirt with me or something. I just told him, ‘I’m good on that.’”
That’s where he left it. “He’s still my homie,” Storch added, choosing to keep things surface-level after that comment.
From heartbreak over Kanye’s behavior to unsettling stories about Diddy, Scott Storch didn’t shy away from anything.
