Scottie Pippen’s Chicago megamansion will be available on Airbnb next week, giving fans the chance to reserve it for a night to have the ultimate Olympic Games viewing experience.
This morning Airbnb announced that Pippen, who is a two time Olympic gold medalist and six-time NBA champion, will be welcoming his home to groups of four, allowing them to shoot hoops at the indoor basketball court, explore his Olympic memorabilia, watch the Summer Games and archival footage of his Barcelona Olympic win, all in the comfort of his personal movie theater.
On August 2, 4, and 6, the Chicago-area estate will be open for three separate one-night stays. Each night’s stay will be $92, a homage to Pippen’s first Olympic victory in 1992.
Bookings will start on airbnb.com/scottiepippen on Tuesday, July 22 at 1 p.m. EDT, and with only three spots available, vacationers should act quickly.
There is also an Airbnb Online Experience with Pippen and his 1992 Olympic teammates Larry Bird and Patrick Ewing available for those who cannot reserve a stay at the Chicago Bulls player’s home.
More than 200 Olympian and Paralympian online experiences will also be available to book via Airbnb throughout the Tokyo Games.
