Hall County Authorities are continuing their search, looking for a swimmer who went missing in Lake Lanier on Saturday.
According to AJC.com, the Georgia Department of Natural Resources is searching the Flat Creek area of Lake Lanier, where the swimmer was last seen.
Spokesman Mark McKinnon said the swimmer, who was not identified, jumped into the lake off of a pontoon boat about noon and never resurfaced.
Authorities searched for the swimmer into the night yesterday and resumed their search at 8 a.m. this morning.
The search is still ongoing.
