Selena Gomez has taken to Instagram to support Hailey Bieber after fans sent her “hate” messages and have been “bullying” her online.
“Hailey Bieber reached out to me and let me know that she has been receiving death threats and such hateful negativity,” Gomez’s said.
“This isn’t what I stand for. No one should have to experience hate or bullying,” she continued. “I’ve always advocated for kindness and really want this all to stop.”
Fans have been attacking Hailey online since she got hitched to Justin Bieber in 2018, shortly after Gomez and Bieber’s last breakup.
Last September, she denied claims that she “stole” Bieber from Gomez during an interview on “Call Her Daddy” podcast.
“I can say, period, point blank, I was never with him when he was in a relationship with anybody. That’s the end of it,” she declared. “I was raised better than that.”
The two have previously deaded the drama after being seen photographed together at the 2022 Academy Museum Gala.
Most recently, the beef was reignited when Hailey and Kylie Jenner shared a post of their eyebrows, which fans took as them shading Gomez.
“This is reaching. No shade towards Selena ever, and I didn’t see her eyebrow posts! u guys are making something out of nothing. This is silly,” Jenner said.
Gomez seemingly responded to the comment, saying, “Agreed @kyliejenner. It’s all unnecessary. I’m a fan of Kylie!”
