It’s been over a year since Johnny Manziel has played a game in the NFL, however he seems to be heading to the Super Bowl regardless. Not only that, but it appears the troubled athlete will be getting paid for it as well.
According to PEOPLE, former Cleveland Browns quarterback will take his talents to Houston ahead of the Super Bowl to make his first announced promotional appearance. Memorabilia store, Stadium Signatures, announced that the 2012 Heisman Trophy winner will be signing autographs and taking selfies with fans before the big game — for a price.
Manziel will charge $99 to sign any item plus $29 for a special message, up to four words. According to PEOPLE, if you want a photo with THE “Johnny Football,” it’s going to cost you $99 for a professional picture or $50 for a selfie.
“We’ve gotten calls from younger fans, A&M fans and people who are Heisman Trophy collectors,” the store manager told ESPN.
