Sexual Assault Lawsuit Against Takeoff Continues, Mother Faces Potential Liability

Takeoff’s mother, Titiana Davenport, has been listed as a defendant to replace the rapper in a sexual assault case from 2020.

According to reports, a woman, identified as Jane Doe, filed a lawsuit in August 2020 accusing the Migos rapper of sexually assaulting her at an Encino party on June 23, 2020.

The plaintiff claimed Takeoff pursued her despite rejections, entered a bedroom, and assaulted her. An attorney for the rapper denied the allegations at the time, and the L.A. County District Attorney did not file charges, reportedly due to insufficient evidence.

However, last week, the woman’s attorneys requested for Davenport, the estate administrator, to replace her late son in the sexual assault lawsuit.

As you know, Takeoff was tragically shot to death on November 1, 2022, at a Houston bowling alley before the lawsuit could be resolved.

In June, Davenport filed a $1 million wrongful death lawsuit against the venue where her son was killed.
