Nicki Minaj’s closing night of her “Pink Friday 2” tour in Queens surprised fans with a special guest appearance from rapper Sexyy Red.
The sold-out show was already a monumental event, marking the finale of Minaj’s tour in her hometown, which celebrated her album, “Pink Friday 2.” The energy at the UBS Arena reached new heights when Sexyy Red, who added Minaj to the remix of “Pound Town,” joined her on stage.
After exchanging a hug, Sexyy started performing her smash single “Get It Sexyy” as Minaj danced. Together on stage, the pair had the Barbz roaring in excitement. For some online, this moment symbolized Minaj’s support of up-and-coming female artists while maintaining her reign as the “Queen of Rap.” Rapper Young MA was also in attendance and graced the stage with Onika.

The “Pink Friday 2” tour, which spanned multiple cities across the U.S. and overseas, was Nicki’s first major trek since 2019. It featured an array of chart-topping songs from her career, including classics from her debut album “Pink Friday” and new hits from its follow-up, such as “FTCU” and “Red Ruby Da Sleeze.” Tyga and Bia joined her on the tour’s second leg, while guests such as JT and Akbar made guest appearances in her first half. Minaj has made history with her “Pink Friday 2” run, becoming the highest-grossing female rap tour of all time.
