Shake Shack to Debut Buffalo Chicken Sandwich and Buffalo Fries as Alternative to “Messy Wings”

Shake Shack is bringing a new pairing to its menu, perfect for those looking to spice up their dinner plans.

The chain has debuted its Buffalo Chicken Sandwich and Buffalo Spiced Cheese Fries. The Buffalo Chicken Sandwich is a new twist on their original sandwich, only this time the hand-breaded chicken breast is smothered in buffalo sauce, topped with ranch dressing, pickles, and lettuce on a warm toasted potato bun. This new delicacy goes perfectly with the Buffalo Spiced Cheese Fries, which are their popular crinkle fries covered in a rich cheese sauce and brushed with Buffalo seasoning. Customers can grab the fries for just $4.79, while the sandwich will cost around $7.79.

In a press release, the restaurant chain said that the sandwich and fries are the “perfect alternative to sticky, messy wings” on football Sundays ahead of the big game.

Shake Shack will launch these new menu options at each of their restaurants on January 28th. Sadly, the Buffalo Chicken Sandwich and Buffalo Spiced Cheese Fries will only be around for a limited time, slated to leave menus on April 25th.
