Shakira and Jennifer Lopez are set to co-headline the 2020 Super Bowl halftime show.
The singers announced the news this Thursday with a photo of each other on social media. Shakira, 42, shared a photo of Lopez, 50, and the caption: “Get ready 02.02.20.” “This is happening. 02.02.20,” Lopez tweeted along with a photo of Shakira.
A photo of the two was shared as well with the caption that read: “Going to set the world on ??? @shakira #PepsiHalftime #SuperBowlLIV @pepsi.” Rumors were swarming that the “Hustlers” actress would be taking on the halftime show, but that she had been keeping it under wraps for some time…until now.
The Super Bowl will take place on Feb. 2, 2020, at the Hard Rock Stadium in Miami, Florida. February 2 is also Shakira’s birthday!
