Shannon Sharpe and Mike Epps have officially squashed their brief feud.
On Tuesday, the “Club Shay Shay” host shared a photo on Twitter of him and Epps dapping it up in an undisclosed location that appears to be a restaurant. Their meetup was not recorded nor uploaded for content. Instead, Sharpe simply wanted to clear the air and let fans know that all was well between the two men.
“As promised. No video required. No audio required. Just a picture of proof. We are good,” Sharpe captioned the photo.

This is a peaceful conclusion to a rocky past few days that saw the men engaging in an online back and forth. It all started when Epps said during a recent standup that he declined Sharpe’s request for him to appear on “Club Shay Shay.” However, many feel that Epps was suggesting that Sharpe was gay with one of his jokes.
“Shannon Sharpe called me trying to do an interview. I said, ‘No, Madea. I ain’t doing no interview, so you can sit across from me and look at my balls when I’m sitting down,'” Epps said on stage, which prompted laughter from the crowd, adding that Sharpe looks like “Madea’s sister.”
Sharpe took immediate offense to this and slammed Epps during his “Nightcap” podcast with Chad “Ocho Cinco” Johnson. Sharpe claimed he never asked Epps to be on his show. Furthermore, the former football star was not pleased with the notion that he might be gay and even alluded that he wanted to put his hands on Epps. The “Next Friday” star responded to Sharpe, questioning why he wanted to get violent over a joke. In his now-deleted video, Epps said he messaged Sharpe since his name was brought up in the conversation with Katt Williams.
Once the smoke settled, Sharpe tweeted that he and Epps were going to talk their differences out like men. Now, it appears the situation has been smoothed over. This could open the door for Epps to appear on the popular podcast.
UNC and @TheRealMikeEpps have decided 2 have a man 2 man conversation in Indy at NBA all star weekend 2 discuss our differences. We both realize this situation could’ve been, should’ve been handled differently. I apologize 2 fam, friends, love 1s and my fans. 🙏🏾🙏🏾 #ClubShayShay
