Sports analyst Shannon Sharpe has been the victim of a $1 million theft that has left him without several luxury items.
The former Denver Broncos tight end is offering a $50,000 award for anyone that can lead him back to his stolen watches, designer bags, and jewelry. The “Undisputed” host reported the theft on May 19th after returning to his Los Angeles home and finding several of his high-priced goods missing. Investigators believe the heist occurred between 7:00 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. after Sharpe left his home to attend dinner with a friend.
As of now, the police do not have any suspects. It also doesn’t appear that there was any forced entry at the home, which could point to an inside job. Meanwhile, Sharpe is in a battle with former NBA player Kwame Brown after criticizing him for coming at LeBron James. Brown dragged James over the Lakers’ Game 4 loss to the Denver Nuggets. Sharpe told Brown he should be on “the Mount Rushmore” of NBA busts and called him a “real joke.” Sharpe has also focused much of his attention on criticizing the actions of Ja Morant and his suspension from the league.
It appears Sharpe has his hands full between his stolen property and beef with former and current pro ballers. Nevertheless, anyone with information regarding the burglary is encouraged to report it as soon as possible to receive the $50k compensation. Unfortunately, many of the goods may likely net much more than the reward money, so Sharpe may not be successful in his quest for answers.
