Shaq Beats Kidnapping Scandal

Score 1 for Shaq Diesel, he’s destined to prove he’s not psycho after all. Do you remember us talking about Robert Ross, the man who accused Shaquille O’neal of hiring 7 goons to kidnap and beat the brakes off of him because he claimed he had a sex tape of Shaq sleeping with many women who weren’t Shaunie? Well, Shaq wasn’t directly on trial, it was his 7 gang members and it looks like in a hearing today the judge threw out the case.

During a preliminary hearing Ross testified that he in fact did NOT have a sex tape starring Shaq. This action including other actions outside of court resulted in the District Attorney telling the judge that they no longer had any confidence in Ross’ testimony. 

This isn’t the last for Shaq’s legal troubles but it’s definitely a triumph for now.
