Comedian, TV Personality, and Actress Sherri Shepherd has been ordered to pay ex-husband Lamar Sally child support for their surrogate child after losing her latest appeal.
Shepherd and Sally have been in an ongoing battle since their split over the surrogate child. Shepherd claimed Sally defrauded her by getting a surrogate to carry the child in an effort to secure child support. It appears his plan has worked.
TMZ reports Sally will in fact get that check after Shepherd lost in appeals court. This was her last effort to avoid the lower courts ruling, however the appeals court agreed she paid for majority of the surrogate process and was onboard.
Shepherd has been ordered to pay $4,100 until the child is 13 years old and then will begin paying $4,600.
