Rapper Shock G’s Funeral Set For Saturday in Tampa

Shock G’s funeral arrangements have been finalized, and his band Digital Underground is expected to be well-represented at the ceremony.

Atron Gregory, the late rapper’s manager, told TMZ that Shock’s funeral is set for Saturday in Tampa. A huge Digital Underground contingent, including founding members Money B and DJ Fuze, will be in attendance.

According to Money B’s manager, he has been assisting Shock’s family with funeral preparations, but there will be no Digital Underground reunion. However, members have recently seen each other, and they keep in contact regularly.

Shock was known for his work with Tupac Shakur. A representative for the Tupac Amaru Shakur Foundation shared that Pac’s stepbrother, Mopreme Shakur, and rapper Ray Luv, a personal friend of Shock G and 2Pac, will attend the funeral.

As previously reported, Shock G was discovered dead in a Tampa hotel room last week, with no signs of trauma.
