Louis claims that “Too Short threw her onto the bed, held her down, undressed her and began performing oral sex on her,” writes TMZ.

She says the other incidents occurred in hotel rooms or the studio. On one occasion the rapper reportedly said, “I’m just going to put the tip in” and despite her saying “No, please no,” he continued with the act anyway. Louis was held down during vaginal sex where she was allegedly left bleeding and then “brutally sodomized.”

Louis is suing for sexual battery, sexual harassment, gender violence, gender discrimination and false imprisonment.
