Back in January, Too Short was hit with a lawsuit for sexual battery, sexual harassment, gender violence, gender discrimination and false imprisonment.
Now, weeks after the initial filing, Teana Louis has refiled, adding an additional allegation against the rapper. In Short’s denial of the claims, he accused Louis of “blatant outright extortion,” which in turn prompted the refiling for defamation.

According to TMZ, Louis was not happy with Short’s retort, in which he accused Louis of being “all about the money.” She claims his remarks were an attempt to keep her quiet and “further her victimization.”

In the docs obtained by the publication, Louis says Short’s statements are untrue and have defamed her character and humiliated her.
