A suspect is now in custody after shots rang out Saturday in Austin near the South By Southwest festival.Â

Four people were shot when the gunman opened fire at the intersection of East 6th and Neches. According to Austin-Travis County EMS, all four were taken to an area hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.Â
FINAL Critical Incident E 6th St / Neches St: Total patient count, 4. All transported to the Casualty Collection Point by Special Response Units then by ambulance to local trauma center, all with not expected life threat injuries. All additional units released. No further info

Police were investigating in the area where the shooting took place but gave an update of all-clear on Sunday morning. Authorities are asking anyone with information pertaining to the shooting to contact Crime Stoppers at (512) 472-TIPS.
SXSW is an annual music festival and conference held in the city. The festival began on March 11 and is set to end Sunday.Â
