Simon Guobadia recently took to social media to inform his followers that his children are currently displaced from their home.
As you know, he and Real Housewives of Atlanta star Porsha Williams are going through a turbulent divorce, and he alleges that she still lives in their shared home despite the split.
Simone is currently accusing Porsha of taking over the home, leaving his children with nowhere to go.
“What About Simon’s Homeless Kids…,” the post read.
He elaborated on the situation with a lengthy caption, giving credit to the mothers of his three children with whom he shares custody.
“I would like to publicly thank the mother’s of my 3 minor children who have stepped up to provide cover for our minor children. We are into the 3rd month of litigation, without proper visitation. These women have played their part as co-parents, and are now asked to do more, with the added burden of caring for my children when they are supposed to be in my care. My children are growing and maturing everyday and unfortunately do not have the benefit of my presence,” he wrote.
“Seemingly, everyone wants to focus on everything but what’s important in a family; especially when it comes to children and co-parenting. I have had joint physical custody of my kids for 5 years. Those boys are in my home 2 weeks out of the month. I also have visitation rights to my daughter who is 11 years old and lives in California; and last minute had to be diverted to Dubai for Spring Break. She was ultimately out of a home for 3 weeks during Spring break.”
Simon added, that “all 3 kids currently displaced. I would like each and every one of you, especially those with kids, pray for me and my family. They deserve consideration as well.”
In the comments section, Simon addressed fans’ questions by explaining the details of his and Porsha’s prenup and other aspects of their living situation.
He said, “Pre-Nups are contractual agreements/contract subject to several elements of consideration, including fairness in order for them to be enforceable. The courts would eventually make that determination of it’s enforceability of fairness amongst other things.”
Hopefully, the two can reach some common ground because their issues have nothing to do with the kids.
