Simon Guobadia, the estranged husband of Porsha Williams, has legally requested that a representative from True Entertainment, the production company behind “Real Housewives of Atlanta” (RHOA), be deposed on May 20 in Georgia.
Court documents obtained by RadarOnline.com reveal that Guobadia is seeking access to unreleased footage of the upcoming season, Williams’ contract, and detailed information about her role and salary from 2022 through 2025.
The request includes all communications between Williams and the show’s producers regarding Guobadia, their divorce and prenuptial agreement, filming at their home, and potential storylines.
Guobadia’s lawyers have also asked for any recordings or photographs of their property taken since February 22, 2024—the date Williams filed for divorce after 15 months of marriage.
Williams initiated the divorce after she became aware of alleged immigration fraud involving Guobadia, which she claims was not disclosed to her prior to their marriage. This discovery led her to reassess their relationship.
In the midst of these proceedings, there have been disputes over access to their home. Williams has accused Guobadia of not adhering to their prenuptial agreement, which required him to move out within 30 days of the divorce filing. Guobadia has denied these claims and has accused Williams of bringing an armed security guard to their property. He has also relocated to Dubai.
The court has recently heard their arguments regarding who should have exclusive use of the home, but a decision is still pending.
