Six Flags Magic Mountain will reopen in April, a sign that the pandemic may be coming to a close for good.
The theme park located in Valencia, CA, will initially open only to members and pass holders on April 1st and 2nd before welcoming the general public on April 3rd. All guests will have to make a reservation at sixflags.com/reserve.
“Six Flags Magic Mountain is the undisputed Thrill Capital of the World, and we are excited to get our park open and our world-class collection of coasters running again,” said Six Flags Magic Mountain’s Park President Don McCoy confirmed.
The park will reopen with extensive COVID-19 restrictions, including reduced attendance levels, health screenings for employees and visitors, widespread sanitization and disinfecting practices in all common areas. Social distancing will also be strictly enforced. Los Angeles County will continue operating its COVID-19 vaccination site in the parking lot of the site.
