Snoop Dogg is turning up the heat on Suge Knight with a blistering diss track, “Shut Yo B***h A** Up,” from his surprise new album “Iz It A Crime?”
The decades-long tension between the two rap veterans has now boiled over into wax, with Snoop using sharp bars to accuse his former label boss of betrayal.
“I can see why you mad / I bought everything you own / Now you in PC snitching on the phone,” Snoop raps, throwing a direct jab at Knight’s current prison status and their muddy history over Death Row Records. He continues with: “But I can slap the taste out your muthaf**kin’ mouth / Pull up on your n***a, make you wanna reroute / And if he hit the main line, he gon’ see what we bout / Oh b***h ass n***a, I’m a rich a** n***a.”
Knight has yet to clap back musically, but he recently blasted Snoop in a chat with “The Art of Dialogue.”
“Snoop, you said I’m mad because you bought Death Row? What’d you buy? Show me the paperwork. Show me what you own,” he challenged, before claiming, “If you have Death Row, you destroyed it. You messed up the name.”
Knight has also accused Snoop’s associates of using “bankruptcy fraud” to acquire the label.
