Snoop Dogg calls out the anonymous woman who’s accusing him of sexual assault for a second time.
According to the woman, who’s identified as Jane Doe, Snoop allegedly committed sexual assault against her in 2013. The legendary rapper is now asking for the court to dismiss her second lawsuit.
Doe initially filed the lawsuit days before Snoop’s Super Bowl Half-Time show performance.
The lawsuit states that Doe attended Snoop’s concert in 2013 where she met his friend, Bishop Don Juan. Doe claims that Juan offered to drive her home. Later that night, Doe woke up to Juan sexually assaulting her.
She then states Juan drove her to a shoot to meet Snoop and claims the rapper forced her to perform oral sex in a bathroom.
Doe dropped the lawsuit weeks after filing but recently decided to refile.
“We have obtained new information which we believe adds significant credibility and corroboration to the alleged scheme of Defendants and the alleged acts they took against my client and others,” Doe’s attorney said.
Since the allegations surfaced, Snoop has remained adamant that Doe isn’t giving accurate information.
Snoop and his team are asking the court to throw out Doe’s lawsuit and say Doe’s “allegations are contradictory, implausible, and simply unbelievable.”
The rapper’s attorney also stated that “nothing remotely resembling [Doe’s] nine-year-old story about [Snoop] ever happened. He vehemently denies ever engaging in any sex act with [Doe] or assaulting or battering her.”
The case is currently still going since the courts haven’t decided if they’ll grant Snoop’s motion and toss out Doe’s lawsuit.
