Snoop Dogg is taking the stage to host NFL Honors on Thursday, February 6th, at the Saenger Theater in New Orleans.
The primetime awards show will recognize the best players, performances, and plays from the 2024 NFL season. Awards that will be handed out include the AP Most Valuable Player, Coach of the Year, and the prestigious Walter Payton NFL Man of the Year. Other highlights include the Pro Football Hall of Fame Class of 2024 and special honors like the FedEx Air & Ground Players of the Year and NFL Latino Youth Honors.
Snoop’s latest opportunity follows his coverage of the 2024 Paris Olympics, which was met with rave reviews. Snoop offered commentary and interviewed athletes participating in the Games. It seems that bringing his West Coast flavor to Paris caught the attention of the NFL, who offered him this gig.
Before the main event, catch the NFL Honors Red Carpet Show at 8 p.m. ET, presented by Invisalign, on NFL Network. The awards air live at 9 p.m. ET / 8 p.m. CT on FOX and NFL Network, with streaming available on NFL+. The Super Bowl will take place days later on Sunday, February 9th.
