Snowfall Season 5 to Premiere in February

FX’s popular show Snowfall will return for season 5 on Wednesday, February 23 with two episodes.

The hit show’s star actor, Damson Idris, announced the return of the crime drama via his Instagram page.

In “Snowfall,” Idris portrays Franklin Saint, who sits as a burgeoning kingpin during the crack epidemic whose family and personal safety must be balanced with his growing empire.

FX’s President of Entertainment, Eric Schrier, expressed his excitement for the series returning as well.

“Snowfall is enjoying a justly deserved burst of success with Season 4, and we’re excited to follow it up with another explosive season early next year,” Schrier said, per Deadline.

On December 25, the new season’s teaser trailer will be unveiled.
