Soulja Boy will be the first rapper to sue the Twitch app after being unexpectedly banned.
On December 9th, the live-streaming app banned Big Draco but quickly reinstated his account. But shortly after, Twitch then removed Soulja’s account again.
On December 15th, Soulja Boy shared on Twitter that he was blocked on the live-streaming app. The rapper announced his frustrations and complained about the app banning policy.
“I can’t believe Twitch can just ban you without any proof or explanation. This doesn’t feel right. I gotta sue these people,” Soulja tweeted.

Now it’s unclear if Soulja really is going to sue the company, but he didn’t hesitate to make threats and search for legal assistance.
“If y’all don’t give me my account back I’m taking y’all to court @Twitch @TwitchSupport.”

Before ending his series of grievances, Draco calls for a boycott towards the company. Soulja closes by asking for the whereabouts of the owner of the Livestream app.
“Who is the CEO of twitch and where can I find this n*gga at,” he tweets.
